In the clean workshop of nearly 4,000㎡, the dedicated mobile robots of LCD industry with customized side folk device of high-precision, can accomplish the movement of 4 to 6 direction dimension of freedom and the ultrahigh demand of fetching and dropping off materials autonomously with the precision of ±2mm/0.2°
by mobile robots without manual intervention, which is the first example in the world. In addition, with the powerful management system of IPLUSMOBOT, loading and unloading materials orderly, effectively and precisely every day among nearly 5,000 operation platforms can be achieved by the fleet of over 100 mobile robots.
Our products help customer raise productivity, logistics agility, turnover efficiency and accuracy of materials sharply, optimize the collaborative operation process of logistics and production lines, and achieve unmanned loading and unloading in the whole plant. The work intensity can be reduced, and workers can be liberated from monotonous work of material feeding to engage in more challengeable work. At present, customer have already applied EMMA AMR fleet in another manufacturing factory in China which can create more benefits for them.
